All content provided by Racket Athletes, including PDFs, videos, images, exercises, text, and training programs, is protected by copyright law.

You agree that:

• All content is for personal use only

• You may not copy, share, upload, resell, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission

• Free and paid PDFs cannot be uploaded to any website, shared in groups, or redistributed

• You do not acquire any ownership rights over our content

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

3. Free Resources

When downloading a free resource (e.g., Injury Prevention PDF or Starter Program):

• You agree to provide your email address

• You agree to receive educational emails and occasional promotions

• You can unsubscribe at any time

• Features, workouts, and delivery methods may depend on TrainHeroic’s systems

• Refunds for purchases made inside TrainHeroic are subject to TrainHeroic’s refund policy

We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

All training content provided by Racket Athletes is for educational purposes only.

By using our programs, you acknowledge that:

• Physical training involves risks

• You are responsible for your own health and safety

• You should consult a physician or qualified professional before starting any exercise program

• You follow the exercises at your own risk

• We are not responsible for injuries, health problems, or damages resulting from your participation

If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop training immediately.

7. Payment & Billing

For paid products:

• Prices are listed in the checkout page

• Payments are processed securely through Systeme.io, TrainHeroic, or other authorized processors

• We do not store or access your payment information.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share paid or free products publicly

• Provide false information in opt-in forms

• Attempt to hack, modify, or redistribute our files

• Misuse or disrupt our website or systems

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
